2026年1月9日,四川省醫藥保健品進出口有限公司召開干部大會,宣布醫保公司總經理、副總經理人選。外貿集團黨委副書記高凡、組織人力部負責人李高維出席會議并講話,公司領導班子、中層干部及部分職工代表參會。
會上,外貿集團組織人力部負責人李高維宣讀了《關于羅翀、杜杰等職務任免的通知》。公司黨總支書記、董事長羅翀代表班子作了表態發言:上級黨委立足全局、統籌考慮外貿行業發展形勢和公司實際情況作出的重要人事任免,充分體現了上級黨委對公司發展的高度重視和殷切關懷,公司領導班子將堅決擁護上級黨委決定,帶頭貫徹落實各項決策工作部署,搶抓發展機遇,銳意進取,務實高效,奮力開創公司高質量發展新局。新任總經理杜杰,副總經理張永軍分別作了表態發言。
外貿集團黨委副書記高凡在會上結合醫保公司當前發展階段與外貿行業形勢,對公司班子及全體干部職工提出以下工作要求:一是要提高政治站位,堅決貫徹落實外貿集團黨委的決策部署。要強化班子團結協作,凝聚干事合力,主動對標上級要求,將公司發展融入集團大局,不折不扣落實各項任務,弘揚求真務實作風,深入一線解難題,增強職工幸福感與歸屬感。二是要聚焦主責主業,推動醫保公司高質量發展。立足外貿新形勢,結合集團“十五五”規劃制定公司3-5年發展規劃,鞏固傳統優勢業務,延伸產業鏈供應鏈,推進產品創新與品牌建設,開拓新興市場,加強專業人才隊伍建設,統籌發展與安全,強化風險防控和合規管理。三是嚴守紀律規矩,做清正廉潔的自律者。全面落實從嚴治黨主體責任,嚴守政治紀律和廉潔規定,決執行中央八項規定精神,堅守紀律底線與紅線,筑牢拒腐防變思想防線,營造風清氣正的干事創業環境。
Company Holds Cadre Assembly
On January 9, 2026, Sichuan Medical & Health Products Import and Export Co., Ltd. convened a cadre assembly to announce appointments for the positions of General Manager and Deputy General Managers. Mr. Gao Fan, Deputy Party Secretary of the Foreign Trade Group, and Ms. Li Gaowei, Head of the Organization and Human Resources Department, attended the meeting and delivered remarks. Members of the company's leadership team, mid-level cadres, and selected employee representatives also participated.
At the meeting, Ms. Li Gaowei read aloud the official notice titled “Appointment and Removal of Comrades Luo Chong, Du Jie, and Others.”
Mr. Luo Chong, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered a statement on behalf of the leadership team. He expressed full support for the personnel decisions made by the higher-level Party committee, noting that these appointments—made after comprehensive consideration of the broader industry landscape and the company's actual conditions—clearly reflect the strong attention and deep care the higher-level Party committee has shown toward the company's development. He pledged that the leadership team will resolutely uphold the decision, take the lead in implementing all directives, seize strategic opportunities, forge ahead with determination, act pragmatically and efficiently, and strive to open a new chapter of high-quality development for the company. Newly appointed General Manager Du Jie and Deputy General Manager Zhang Yongjun also gave their respective statements of commitment.
In his address, Deputy Party Secretary Gao Fan outlined three key requirements for the company's leadership and all staff, based on the company's current development stage and the evolving foreign trade environment:
First, elevate political awareness and resolutely implement the decisions and plans of the Foreign Trade Group Party Committee. The leadership team must strengthen unity and collaboration, build cohesive momentum for action, proactively align with higher-level expectations, and integrate the company's development into the Group's overall strategy. All assigned tasks must be carried out thoroughly and effectively. A pragmatic and truth-seeking work style should be promoted, with leaders going to the front lines to resolve practical challenges and enhance employees' sense of happiness and belonging.
Second, focus squarely on core responsibilities and drive high-quality development. In light of the new realities in foreign trade, the company should formulate a 3–5-year development plan aligned with the Group's “15th Five-Year” (2026–2030) strategy. It should consolidate traditional competitive advantages, extend its industrial and supply chains, accelerate product innovation and brand building, explore emerging markets, strengthen specialized talent development, and balance growth with security—enhancing risk prevention and compliance management.
Third, strictly adhere to discipline and integrity standards and serve as exemplary, clean, and self-disciplined professionals. The company must fully implement the principal responsibility for strict Party self-governance, rigorously observe political discipline and integrity rules, faithfully uphold the spirit of the CPC Central Committee's Eight-point Regulation, steadfastly safeguard disciplinary bottom lines and red lines, reinforce ideological defenses against corruption, and foster a clean, upright, and motivating environment for enterprise development.
